Every case leaves our Baldock cold store at −18 °C and is tracked, van by van, until it reaches your kitchen.
How it works
- You order online
Your prices, your payment terms, your delivery round — all held on your account.
- We pick and load
Each case is scanned into a numbered door of the van, so we know exactly where your goods are travelling.
- Your driver delivers
The driver carries your order on a handheld, navigates to you, and records proof of delivery on the spot.
Timing and charges
Delivery timescales and charges are confirmed at checkout and depend on your location, the order value and the delivery option chosen. Estimated dates are our best information, not a guarantee.
If something is wrong
Check your delivery on arrival. Business customers should report damage, shortages or defects in writing within 24 hours of delivery so we can put it right. We cannot accept returns of products that have been allowed to thaw.
