There is a dessert that tells stories of the countryside, of fruit trees, and of ancient recipes passed down with love. It is our Ricotta and Pear Cake, a perfect balance between the enveloping softness of ricotta and the juicy sweetness of pears.

We chose fresh ricotta, carefully strained to obtain a cream as light as a cloud. The pears, ripened to perfection, are sliced thinly and gently placed on the cream, almost like a painting. A touch of vanilla and lemon zest enhances the natural aromas, while the crumbly shortcrust pastry welcomes everything with warmth.

Storage Methods

Store the cake at -18°C. It reaches its optimal consumption condition when thawed at room temperature for 3-4 hours or at +4°C for 12-14 hours. Once thawed, the product can be stored for 3 days if kept at a temperature of +4°C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
