Preparation:
Rinse the frozen mushrooms under cold running water. Pour them into a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a garlic clove, cook over medium heat until the released water has been absorbed. Halfway through cooking, season with salt and pepper to taste and add chopped fresh parsley. Product must be cooked before consumption .

Storage:
Keep frozen at -18°C (see expiry date on package). Once thawed, do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours. Store at higher temperatures only for short periods .
