Preparation (from frozen):

• Fan oven: 200°C for 8 minutes 

• Deep fryer: 185°C for 4 minutes until golden brown 

• Pan: Sauté with a drizzle of oil for 4-5 minutes 

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze .
