We wanted to make Tiramisù following the traditional recipe, the one that made this dessert famous around the world. Light and fragrant ladyfingers, dipped to perfection in freshly brewed espresso, alternate with generous layers of a velvety, airy mascarpone cream, made with the freshest eggs and sugar. All is completed with a dusting of bitter cocoa that provides the right intensity to end on a high note.

Storage Methods

Store the cake at -18°C. It reaches its optimal consumption condition when thawed at room temperature for 3-4 hours or at +4°C for 12-14 hours. Once thawed, the product can be stored for 3 days if kept at a temperature of +4°C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
