The Rustico Leccese is a frozen savoury pastry made with raw puff pastry (not pre-baked), stuffed with a delicious filling of béchamel sauce and tomato. Circular in shape (Ø 115 mm), it is made without hydrogenated fats and with selected ingredients. Once baked, the pastry becomes fragrant and crispy, enveloping a creamy, flavourful core. Ideal for food service and catering, it is baked directly from frozen.
