The Ascolana Stuffed Olive is a traditional appetiser from the Marche region, made with large green olives, pitted and filled with a tasty mixture of mixed meats (pork, beef, chicken) , enriched with eggs, grated cheese, nutmeg, and aromas . After filling, the olives are breaded and pre-fried to achieve a golden, crispy crust when deep-fried. The frozen version preserves the authentic flavour and perfect texture, offering a practical, high-quality product for food service.

Preparation:
Fry in hot oil at 170-180°C for approximately 6-7 minutes directly from frozen . Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot. For a lighter version, they can be baked or cooked in an air fryer.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. Once cooked, consume immediately.
