The IQF freezing process preserves the soft texture and authentic flavour .

Preparation:
The product is pre-cooked and ready to be thawed and served, although a quick reheat is recommended to enhance its flavour.

• Pan: Sauté in a non-stick frying pan for 4-5 minutes with a drizzle of oil .

• Oven: Reheat on a baking tray at 180°C for 5 minutes .

• Raw (thawed): Thaw in the fridge and use as a ready-to-eat ingredient for salads or vegetable carpaccio.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed, store in the refrigerator at +4°C and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze .
